Team Music Projects & Transcultural Workshops

Team music projects bring several artists together to work with large groups of children, teenagers or mixed-age participants. I assemble teams that fit the context of your project – from small school ensembles to large-scale workshops with 60–120 participants – combining rhythm, voice, rap, digital music, movement and transcultural elements.

For individual workshop formats without a team, you can also explore my school music workshops or my youth rap & beats programs.

Approach

Empowerment & Creative Agency

Every team project is designed in dialogue with the institution and adapted to group size, available space and pedagogical goals. My approach centres on creative ownership, collective expression and empowerment – particularly for young people navigating questions of identity, belonging and self-confidence.

Many of our projects place a special emphasis on girls‘ empowerment and multi-identity perspectives. We create spaces where young women with diverse cultural backgrounds – migrant and non-migrant alike – can explore their voice, their stories and their artistic presence. Rap, spoken word, movement and music become tools for visibility, self-expression and collective strength.

I collaborate with a network of experienced female artists from diverse cultural and musical backgrounds who bring their own perspectives on empowerment, language and creative practice. This allows us to build teams that reflect the realities and identities of the participants – and to create workshops where everyone can see themselves represented.

One-Day Programme

1 Day

A high-energy one-day workshop where all participants rotate through different artistic stations such as percussion, beatbox, rap, singing and movement. Each group experiences every module, guided by a team of artists. The format is ideal for project days, festivals or cultural programs with large groups and allows students to explore rhythm, voice, creativity and collaboration in a dynamic and inclusive setting.

Beats, Rhymes & Life – Project Week

2–5 Days

A multi-day program that begins with a short rotation phase and then moves into focused group work. Participants choose a main artistic area such as percussion, beatbox, rap, digital music, singing, ensemble playing or movement. Each group develops its own material throughout the week, supported by a team of artists. Project Weeks strengthen creative ownership, collaboration and group identity, and they culminate in an informal sharing or performance at the end.

Creative Camp

3–7 Days

A 3–7 day intensive program that combines music, movement and outdoor activities. Participants explore rhythm, beatbox, voice, rap, producing, songwriting, ensemble work and improvisation in a flexible, process-oriented structure. As music educator, producer and beatmaker, I actively support the youth creative process — from lyric development and composition to beat production, recording and arrangement. Creative Camps strengthen group connection, focus and artistic confidence, while giving young people space to experiment, collaborate and develop original material. The camp ends with a relaxed sharing of the ideas and pieces created during the week.
