Professional Development Workshops
Professional Development for Music Educators
Over more than 15 years as a project coordinator, workshop musician and music educator, I have developed a distinct approach to creative, transcultural and inclusive music work — across schools, cultural institutions, camps and community settings in Germany, Spain and Italy. In my professional training workshops, I share this collected experience with educators, music students and institutional teams.
My training formats have been developed and refined through seminars, conferences and intensive workshops for music pedagogues, kindergarten and after-school educators, university students and conference audiences. I share expertise at practical, conceptual, organizational and philosophical levels — drawing on real project experience and transcultural pedagogical thinking to support professionals in expanding their own creative practice.
What I Offer

Inclusive Music-Making for Diverse Groups

Music in Early Childhood & After-School Settings
For EducatorsA practical training workshop for educators working with young children in kindergartens and after-school care. We explore songs, rhythm games, body percussion, movement and simple improvisation to support musical development in early childhood settings. Participants learn tools for structuring musical sessions, guiding group energy and integrating music into daily routines — playful, accessible and adaptable for diverse groups.
Inclusive Music-Making for Diverse Groups
For PractitionersA training workshop for educators and practitioners working with mixed-ability groups. Using rhythm, voice, simple instruments and body-based approaches, we explore accessible ways of making music together. The focus is on empowerment, participation, communication and shared creativity. Participants learn adaptable methods for supporting group dynamics, reducing barriers and creating musical experiences that are inclusive, playful and responsive to individual needs.
Inclusive Music-Making
Workshop impression – Rap and spoken word production
Workshop Design & Creative Facilitation
For Students & ProfessionalsA training seminar designed especially for music students and emerging professionals who want to explore the professional landscape beyond traditional music school teaching. We explore project-oriented work in socio-cultural centres, school workshops, community settings and freelance contexts. Participants develop practical skills in planning, structuring and leading creative music sessions — covering content, didactics, organization and everything needed to work confidently as a freelance music educator.
Transcultural Music Pedagogy for Institutions & Conferences
Keynotes & SeminarsDrawing on years of transcultural music practice, ethnographic research and pedagogical experience, I offer lectures, workshops and seminar contributions for universities, professional associations and conferences. These sessions share expertise at conceptual, organizational and philosophical levels — exploring how transcultural perspectives can enrich and transform music education practice.
