Adult Music Workshops & Professional Training
ADULT MUSIC WORKSHOPS & PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Creative, inclusive and transcultural music programmes for adults, educators and artistic professionals.
Approach
I offer creative and body-based music workshops for adults, educators and artistic professionals. My work
brings together rhythm, voice, movement, improvisation, transcultural music practice and digital tools in a
clear and accessible way.
With more than 15 years of experience in community music, cultural work and professional training, I support
groups in developing musical skills, creative confidence and embodied awareness. Sessions can focus on
rhythm and voice work, improvisation, transcultural perspectives, workshop design or inclusive music-making
for diverse groups.

What I Offer
I offer music workshops and trainings for adults who work with people, as well as for artistic professionals.
The focus is on body-based rhythm work, voice and improvisation, inclusive music-making and transcultural
perspectives that can be transferred directly into pedagogical and artistic practice.

Music in Kindergarten & Hort
A practical workshop for educators working with young children. We explore songs, rhythm games, body
percussion, movement and simple improvisation to support musical development in early childhood and
after-school settings. Participants learn tools for structuring musical sessions, guiding group energy,
and integrating music into daily routines — playful, accessible and adaptable for diverse groups.
Inclusive Music-Making for Diverse Groups
A workshop designed for educators and practitioners working with mixed-ability groups. Using rhythm,
voice, simple instruments and body-based approaches, we explore accessible ways of making music together.
The focus is on empowerment, participation, communication and shared creativity. Participants learn
adaptable methods for supporting group dynamics, reducing barriers and creating musical experiences that
are inclusive, playful and responsive to individual needs.
Workshop Design & Creative Facilitation
A training workshop for educators, cultural workers and artistic professionals who want to design and
lead creative music sessions with confidence. We explore planning strategies, group dynamics, flow
structures, rhythm- and voice-based methods and ways of creating safe and engaging learning environments.
Participants develop practical tools for building sessions, guiding mixed groups, encouraging participation
and integrating improvisation and creative tasks into their own teaching or community work.
