DJ Arystan creates long-form dance journeys shaped by global sounds, warm grooves and attentive reading of the room.
His sets move through global music traditions — Afro, Latin, Balkan, Dub, Jazz, Funk and beyond — connected by smooth transitions and long narrative arcs.
Rather than firing track after track, he builds evolving journeys: energetic peaks alternate with driving, meditative phases, allowing the dancefloor to breathe and unfold naturally.
The sound is warm, groove-oriented and human — with roots in 90s Hip-Hop and a love for groove-driven music, while later embracing electronic and click-based styles as well (from global electronic scenes to House and beyond), all played digitally today.
This is also where the link to the live format begins: DJing is the starting point, and live looping is its evolution — expanding the same sense for flow, timing and dancefloor dynamics into a performance language.

Experience
Starting on vinyl in the late 1990s and moving to digital systems (Serato) in 2009, DJ Arystan brings more than two decades of experience behind the decks.
He has played in clubs, intimate basement parties, bars, art openings, premiere after-parties and smaller festivals across Europe and beyond.
He prefers intimate settings where the DJ remains present and responsive as part of the room.
