Music Workshops & Transcultural Creative Projects
Music Education & Creative Projects
Music Projects for Schools, Youth Centres and Adults
Music as an Experiential Space for Expression, Community and Self-Efficacy
For more than 15 years, I have been creating music workshops that connect people through rhythm, voice and collective creativity – designing inclusive programs for schools, youth centres and adult groups across Germany, Italy and Spain.
In these workshops, music emerges through listening, trying things out, expression, flow and spontaneity — held by a clear framework and shared rules of working together.

Philosophy
How I Work
It begins with the music. I aim to inspire through performance – sharing the passion I feel for music. Curiosity grows from this. Connection grows from this.
Then comes relationship. I meet young people where they are, working to resonate with them. I work at eye level, supporting them in developing their own ideas.
What I care about is empowerment through making: expressing yourself, being heard, creating something together. At the end, participants should feel proud of what they have created.
Transcultural Perspective
Raised in East Germany with German, Russian and Kazakh roots — with Italian and Spanish becoming lived realities later on — taught me that you can be many things. This isn’t a deficit. It’s a treasure. Many young people know the question „What are you?“ My answer: You can be many things.
What I Offer
Participants learn musical fundamentals – and at the same time experience expressing themselves, overcoming inhibitions and creating something together. They have a say in what emerges.
Formats
Modules
All modules are freely combinable – depending on age, time and interest.
Team Projects
For larger groups (40–120 participants), I assemble a team – depending on the project with musicians, dancers, theatre or circus educators. In day workshops, groups rotate through different stations; in week-long projects, they work in fixed module groups.
What You Need
