Approach

Team music projects bring several artists together to work with large groups of children, teenagers or
mixed-age participants. We combine rhythm, voice, rap, digital music, movement and transcultural elements
to create intensive, participatory programmes for schools, youth centres and creative camps.

Drawing on a broad network of musicians, educators and performers, I assemble teams that fit the context of
your project – from small school ensembles to large-scale workshops with 60–120 participants. Each project
is designed in dialogue with the institution and can focus on creative exploration, performance,
community-building or specific thematic goals.

For individual workshop formats without a team, you can also explore my school music workshops or my youth rap & beats programmes.

What I Offer

Team Music Projects bring several artists together to create large-scale, participatory workshops for schools,
youth centres and cultural programmes. Depending on the context, teams can include percussionists, vocal
coaches, rappers, producers, dancers or transcultural musicians.

Projects can focus on rhythm, voice, rap, digital music, movement, ensemble work, improvisation, sound design
or transcultural perspectives. All formats are designed so that large groups can participate actively and
inclusively, regardless of prior musical experience.

One-Day Programme

A high-energy one-day workshop where all participants rotate through different artistic stations such as
percussion, rap, singing and movement. Each group experiences every module, guided by a team of artists.
The format is ideal for project days, festivals or cultural programmes with large groups and allows students
to explore rhythm, voice, creativity and collaboration in a dynamic and inclusive setting.

Beats, Rhymes & Life – Project Week

A multi-day programme that begins with a short rotation phase and then moves into focused group work.
Participants choose a main artistic area such as percussion, rap, digital music, singing, ensemble playing
or movement. Each group develops its own material throughout the week, supported by a team of artists.
Project Weeks strengthen creative ownership, collaboration and group identity, and they culminate in an
informal sharing or performance at the end.

Creative Camp

A 3–7 day intensive programme that combines music, movement and outdoor activities. Participants explore
rhythm, voice, rap, producing, songwriting, ensemble work and improvisation in a flexible, process-oriented
structure. Creative Camps strengthen group connection, focus and artistic confidence, while giving young
people space to experiment, collaborate and develop original material. The camp ends with a relaxed
sharing of the ideas and pieces created during the week.

How It Works

Team projects are developed in close dialogue with the institution and adapted to group size, available
space and pedagogical goals.

1. Initial Contact & Concept Planning
We clarify your aims, the target group, group size and the artistic focus. Together we decide which
team constellation best fits your context.

2. Programme Design & Preparation
I assemble a team of artists and develop a programme structure that balances rotation, focused group work
and collective moments.

3. Delivery with Multi-Artist Team
The workshop is led by a coordinated team who guide different stations or group phases. The process is
inclusive, dynamic and scalable for large groups.

4. Sharing & Reflection
At the end, groups present their pieces or experiments in an informal sharing. If requested, we offer
documentation or follow-up recommendations.
