Team Projects & Transcultural Music Workshops
Team music projects bring several artists together to work with large groups of children, young people or mixed-age participants. I assemble teams that fit the context of your project, from small school ensembles to large-scale workshops with 60–120 participants, connecting rhythm, voice, rap, digital music, movement and transcultural elements.
For single workshop formats without a team, you can also see my music workshops for schools and my rap & beats programmes for young people.
Approach
Every team project is designed in dialogue with the institution and adapted to group size, available rooms and educational goals. At the centre of my approach are creative responsibility, shared expression and empowerment especially for young people dealing with questions of identity, belonging and confidence.
Many of our projects place special emphasis on empowerment of girls and perspectives of multiple identities. We create spaces in which young women with diverse cultural backgrounds, with and without migration experience, can explore their voice, stories and artistic presence. Rap, spoken word, movement and music become tools for visibility, self-expression and shared strength.
I work with a network of experienced female artists with diverse cultural and musical backgrounds who bring their own perspectives on empowerment, language and creative practice. This lets us assemble teams that reflect participants’ lived realities and identities, and shape workshops in which everyone can see themselves represented.

One-day programme
1 dayAn energetic one-day workshop in which all participants rotate through different artistic stations such as percussion, beatbox, rap, singing and movement. Each group experiences every module, accompanied by a team of artists. The format is ideal for project days, festivals or cultural programmes with large groups and allows students to explore rhythm, voice, creativity and collaboration in a dynamic and inclusive setting.
Beats, Rhymes & Life – Project Week
2–5 daysA multi-day programme that begins with a short rotation phase and then moves into focused group work. Participants choose an artistic focus such as percussion, beatbox, rap, digital music, singing, ensemble playing or movement. Over the week each group develops its own material, supported by a team of artists. Project weeks strengthen creative responsibility, collaboration and group identity and end in an informal presentation or performance.

Creative Camp
3–7 daysA 3–7-day intensive programme connecting music, movement and outdoor activities. Participants explore rhythm, beatbox, voice, rap, producing, songwriting, ensemble work and improvisation in a flexible, process-oriented structure. As music educator, producer and beatmaker, I actively accompany the creative process of the young people, from text development and composition to beat production, recording and arrangement. Creative Camps strengthen group connection, focus and artistic confidence while giving young people room to experiment, collaborate and develop their own material. The camp ends with a relaxed presentation of the ideas and pieces created during the week.
